Welcome to Phi Lamb RUSH – Spring 2012!
We highly encourage that you try to come to as many events as you can so you can meet more sisters and get a clearer understanding of what Phi Lamb is all about. But if you have conflicts, don’t worry because you are not required to attend every event. Please don’t hesitate to contact any of us if you have a question or need a ride to any of our rush events. We’d be happy to help you out!
Rush for Spring 2012 will be January 23-27th, with a pre-rush party on Friday January 20th!
Rush is absolutely FREE! Unless you want to buy a rush shirt, which are $10

Pre-Rush Party!

If you need a ride, we are meeting by Parking Services (between the parking lot and parking Garage B, by the gym) at 6:30 pm to Carpool!
We’re having a pre-rush party to meet the girls interested in rushing Phi Lamb! There will be a lot of active sisters at the party so this is a great chance to get to know each other before the rush events start up. We hope you can come hang out with us! PLUS we will be playing GAMES!!!

Mock Chapter

*Attire: Since Chapter is a huge part of our sisterhood, we ask if you would please dress up in your Sunday best!
This night we’ll have some great praise and worship as well as some sisters explaining what Phi Lamb has meant to their lives, to give you an idea of what it could mean in yours! We’ll also have a guest speaker and time to pray for this upcoming semester.

Come check out Sigma Phi Lambda at our info night with games and meeting the sisters! We’ll give you plenty of information about Sigma Phi Lambda and you’ll learn a ton about our sisterhood! The information you’ll hear can be a big help in your decision about whether or not you want to become a sister in Phi Lamb. We hope you will join us!
After we give you all the info, we will be making cards for the local hospitals and retirement homes! Yay crafts!

BBQ with Kappa Upsilon Chi
Location: Lake Claire
Attire: Actives please wear your Rush shirt!
Kappa Upsilon Chi, the christian fraternity at UCF, has their rush week the same week as ours, so we decided to have a fun night with them! Come enjoy some yummy food, get to know the girls of Phi Lamb better, and meet some of the KYX guys!
Ps. If you are a vegetarian, don’t worry, we’ll have veggie burgers

Progressive Dinner
We’ll be meeting at Parking Services by garage B for carpooling at 5:30pm. All girls rushing will be given a ride to different destinations! So if you are coming to this night, please meet us at Parking Services!
This is one of favorite nights of rush! We will be traveling around in small groups to different actives’ houses and meet with other sisters to enjoy some yummy appetizers, dinner, and dessert! We will provide the transportation and the food, so come ready to have fun and eat a lot!

Introductions
Girls who have prayerfully decided to join our sisterhood can sign up for times during the week and join the officers on Friday for an introduction! Remember, this is not an interview, we just want to know a little more about you and help introduce you to our Sisterhood. Our motto stands firm: We don’t choose you, you choose us!
We will also be having a MANDATORY information meeting Friday night for all girls who have prayerfully decided to pledge Sigma Phi Lambda!
**We are giving EVERY girl a ride to the meeting, so you’ll learn more info at your introduction!
If you have any questions at all, any of us would be happy to answer them for you so feel free to send us a message! We’re so excited to meet all of you potential pledges and please know we’re praying for you!!! See you soon!
